Fitness Zone

With NO contracts, NO monthly fees, simply pay as you go! The best thing about our gym is everyone is here to have a gentle workout and everyone knows everyone. We have a good sense of community and cater to all ages and abilities. Come along and meet our fitness staff who will give you advice and help you achieve your exercise goals.

Housed in Fratton Community Centre we have a well-equipped gym with everything you need to get and stay in shape! As well as our gym and fitness classes we offer one to one training sessions with our Fitness instructors.

The gym is open to all levels of ability and before you join you will have an induction, during which you will be shown around the gym, be assessed by the instructor and have your own personal fitness programme drawn up to suit your level of fitness.

We pride ourselves on offering you the best prices available and as we’re pay as you go you’re under no contract to pay out any money if you don’t use the gym. We understand what it’s like to be busy or not quite have the energy for a work out and we feel our pay per session policy reflects that. We are a small friendly gym compared to the big corporate, intimidating gyms. We are a community gym for the community.
