Here at Fratton Community Centre, we have various
sized rooms available to hire for all sort of purposes, from group
meetings, to children's parties, to private classes of all forms.
The sizes of our rooms range from a maximum of 4
people, to a maximum of 100 people, and are priced at a per-hour rate.

*To qualify for the Block Booking rate, the group
will be required to pay a £10.00 membership fee, which will
be renewable annually.
**Deposit returned 7 days after
the function.
Private Function evening hire from 7:00pm - 11:30pm
is charged at £130 + £75 returnable deposit (returned 7 days after the
function).
The Training Room
(Room 6) has recently been refurbished to include improved
lighting and flooring. We are awaiting delivery of an interactive
whiteboard with associated projector and computer facility, wi-fi.
This has been funded by a grant from the Learning Skills Council.
The room will accommodate 20-24 people. This
room is located on our second floor, and access is via our lift or the
stairs.
We have a special hire rate of £50.00 for 9.00am
– 5.00pm or £26.00 for half a day.
